Terrific. I'm a first-time customer. I showed up on Friday, 20 minutes to closing, and they helped me as if I were the first customer of the day. I really appreciated it. I certainly wasn't expecting to be helped so professionally at closing time on a Friday. I needed brakes added to a 16-foot trailer that didn't come with any originally; and I needed the trailer's decking replaced. They quickly provided me with details and a competitive price to do it. I said I'll take it, but asked if they would walk around my trailer with me and suggest any other improvements they thought I might need. We made the walk and found three or four other smaller things I wanted to repair or replace and then added them to the project. I left my trailer and went home knowing I went to the right place. Many years ago my father-in-law gave a trailer to my oldest daughter that was beginning her 4-H livestock show career. The trailer was rotten except for the frame which i had to rust treat & paint, the rest was a build from the ground up. Leblanc's is where I went & they had every thing in stock, axles, wheels, springs etc... The staff was knowledgeable & did not over sell or price gouge, very friendly service. Now moving forward, i needed a trailer to haul my mower & utv to my camp, first place i stopped was Leblanc's. They had 2 trailers in stock, the one i needed had just sold, the other had ramps instead of gates. They offered to weld a gate on for me or order what i needed. i had found a trailer at another place, so i told them i'd get back to them. Well after looking at the other place, they sold many different things not just trailers, i went inside no one told me hello or i'll be right with you, nothing. So needless to say my wife & i left. We called David and told him we wanted their trailer & to go ahead & order it, he said no problem come by & put a deposit it will be in in 2 -3 weeks. It just a feeling you get dealing with them, they care, treat you like family. Also you can tell they have a Christian upbringing by the way the talk to you & end the conversation with God Bless You. In these trying uncertain times we all need to deal with local folks that know their business & take care of their customers. Leblanc's does that, they understand your needs & truly want to help you.
